The Dynalite lighting control system was integrated to create customised lighting scenes that enhance both ambiance and energy efficiency. A high-end music system was installed, enabling synchronised or independent audio playback throughout the house. The video distribution system ensures access to entertainment from any screen, while the Integriti security system offers comprehensive surveillance and protection.

Security and access control were key elements of this project, with advanced entry systems providing both convenience and safety. Automated blinds and curtains allow for effortless light management, adjusting to time of day or user preferences. The heating and cooling system was integrated for precise climate control, optimising comfort and energy usage. The pool and spa were also connected to the automation network, allowing residents to manage temperature and filtration remotely with ease.
